Website Audit

Website Audit

Up to 3000 URLs, all filters, sorts and the exact issue messages.

“Run audit” crawls up to 3000 URLs. The result is a technical snapshot, not an automatic fix and not a full replacement for Search Console or Lighthouse.

Workflow

  1. 1
    Check the domain

The audit must be for the right project.

  2. 2
    Click “Run audit”

Starts the crawl up to the 3000 limit.

  3. 3
    Wait for it to finish

    You can use another module.

  4. 4
    Filter “Errors only”

    Start with inaccessible/HTTP problems.

  5. 5
    Then “With issues”

    Review metadata, H1 and noindex.

  6. 6
    Finally “All”

Confirm the scope and the “ok” rows.

  7. 7
    Fix the site

The change is made in the CMS/code.

  8. 8
    Run a new audit

Only a new crawl confirms the fix.

Filters

With issues
All URLs with at least one issue.
Errors only
Focus on the most severe problems.
All
Also includes rows without issues.

Sort

Issues first
Orders the affected URLs first.
HTTP status
Groups by response code.
URL
Alphabetical/lexicographic ordering.
Title
Orders by title value.

The field “Search URL, title or issue…” searches all three types of text.

Exact issue messages

The page does not open.
Normal content was not received; check accessibility.
HTTP 403 — the server blocks the crawler…
A WAF/bot filter stops the crawl. This does not mean the title/H1 are missing on the live site. Whitelist the platform IP or temporarily relax the filter, then run a new audit.
HTTP {code}
A specific HTTP status (e.g. 404/500). For a code ≥400 we do not separately count “missing title/meta/H1” — the body is often empty.
Missing title.
No title on a successful (2xx/3xx) response.
Title is over 70 characters.
The title is over the recommended threshold; edit for clarity, not only for the count.
Missing meta description.
There is no meta description.
Meta description is over 160 characters.
The description is over the recommended threshold.
Missing H1.
No H1 was found in the HTML (including visually hidden).
The page is noindex.
The URL instructs the search engine not to index it.
Request error.
The request ended with a technical error.
ok
No issue was found by this set of checks.

Questions & answers

Why does the audit show thousands of “missing title/H1”?

Often the page returned 403/an empty body to the crawler. New crawls do not pile SEO warnings on top of HTTP errors. If you see a mass 403 — whitelist the IP or relax the WAF.

Why is an important page missing?

It may not be in the crawled set/sitemap, may fall after the 3000 limit or may be inaccessible.

Is noindex always an error?

No. For login, cart or filters it may be deliberate. Confirm the intent.

Does a title over 65 characters necessarily hurt?

Not automatically. It is a signal to review; keep the meaning and the intent.
