Schedules
Separate SERP channels, project selection, days, hour in Europe/Sofia time and the link with AI frequency.
“Schedules” automates recurring refreshes. The time zone is Europe/Sofia. Days are Mon–Sun, minutes 00/15/30/45. SERP channels are separate: each is paid separately — for BG, Google Mobile is usually enough. Each schedule can apply to all projects or only to selected priority ones.
Exact tasks
- Google Mobile
- Google positions on mobile. A separate paid channel.
- Google Desktop
- Google positions on desktop. Enable it only if you really need it.
- Bing Mobile / Bing Desktop
- Separate channels. Rarely needed in BG — add them only if you also track Bing in the project.
- AI visibility (ChatGPT / Gemini)
- Runs AI checks only for projects whose policy allows it.
- Search Console traffic
- Refreshes the GSC data of the connected projects.
- Google Analytics (organic)
- Refreshes GA organic metrics and AI assistant sessions.
- Website Audit
- Runs a technical crawl.
- Search volume
- Refreshes volume according to the selected model.
Creating a schedule
- 1Choose an understandable name
For example “Priority · SERP daily”.
- 2Choose days
Mon–Fri for a working cadence or a specific day for a weekly report.
- 3Choose the hour
Europe/Sofia; use 00, 15, 30 or 45 minutes.
- 4Tick only the tasks you need
Separate heavy tasks so you can clearly see what to expect.
- 5Choose projects
Tick the priority sites. If nothing is ticked — the schedule applies to all projects. Existing schedules are edited the same way.
- 6Save and check the next run
Make sure the schedule is active and the summary says “N projects” or “all projects”.
- 7Check the result
Look at “Updated” in the relevant module, not only at the fact that the schedule exists.
A sample moderate rhythm
- SERP: Mon–Fri mornings for the active core.
- AI: once a week for selected keywords.
- GSC/GA: daily or before a report.
- Website Audit: weekly or after changes.
- Volume: monthly, not daily.
Questions & answers
How do I check priority sites more often?
Create a separate schedule (for example daily Google Mobile) and tick only the priority projects. For the rest keep a weekly schedule with no ticks (= all) or a separate list.
What does it mean if no project is ticked?
The schedule applies to all projects. Existing schedules without a selection work this way by default.
Why is the AI task ticked but there is no result?
Check whether the frequency is “Off”, whether the selected scope has tagged keywords and whether LLM engines are selected.
Can I run something manually between schedules?
Yes. Manual “Refresh data” remains available.
Why does it say “The check was interrupted” after the schedule?
The SERP queue for many projects is long (hundreds of slots) and goes through DataForSEO Standard. If the process stops midway, the next hourly cron continues from where it got to — keywords already checked today are skipped. You can also manually “Continue refresh”.
Why does the rankings check take so long?
Bulk checks (schedule / “Check rankings”) use the cheapest Standard queue with Google Organic Regular — all slots are submitted at once, then the finished ones are collected. A manual “update manually” for a single phrase uses a fast Live Regular check (seconds). Volume is refreshed separately.
Which time is used?
Europe/Sofia, including the seasonal clock change.
