Getting started

“All projects” dashboard

All KPIs, charts, actions, search and columns of the overall dashboard.

The title “Active sites” describes the projects you have access to. The dashboard is for triage: first you find which site needs attention, then you go into its module.

Buttons and split menu

Refresh data
Opens separate tasks instead of starting everything uncontrolled.
Rankings · SERP
Runs SERP checks for the channels enabled in the project (each channel is paid separately).
AI visibility
Runs an AI check according to frequency, scope and selected engines.
Search Console traffic
Syncs GSC for the connected projects; does not draw from the wallet.
Export
Exports the current overview for a report. Check the filters before downloading.

KPI cards

Projects
The number of accessible active sites, not the number of domains on the internet.
Avg. position
Two numbers: ranked / total. ▲/▼ refers to the total (with 100+ = 101), so it does not look like an “improvement” when keywords have dropped out of the top.
Top 5 / 10 / 30
On the dashboard: non-overlapping segments (1–5 / 6–10 / 11–30). In the Rankings module the filters stay cumulative.
Organic traffic
A GSC summary for projects with a connected Search Console; open the project for detail.
Traffic forecast
The sum of the per-project forecasts (volume × CTR by position). It is not real GSC traffic and does not spend API credits.
Top 10 visibility
Average top 10 visibility across the portfolio — volume × a coefficient by position (1–3 = 100% … 10 = 20%). It is not traffic.

Chart and tabs

Average position
The ranking trend. A falling line usually means a better numerical place.
% in top 10
The share of measured keywords in positions 1–10.
Clicks · GSC
Real organic clicks from Search Console.
AI visibility
An aggregated AI status from the latest checks; it is not AI traffic.
Week / Month / 3 months / 6 months
Changes the time window without starting a new check.

Search, columns and table

The “Search site…” field filters by name or domain. The “Columns” menu hides/shows columns (saved in the browser). Clear the search if a project seems to have disappeared.

Sites
Name and domain; a click opens the Project Overview.
Top 5 / 6–10 / 11–30
Non-overlapping segments (like SE Ranking). 2 / 0 / 0 = two keywords in the top 5; not three separate pairs.
Keywords
The size of the tracked list; the “keywords / checks” tooltip distinguishes unique phrases from executions.
Avg. position
Ranked / total + sparkline. ▲/▼ is always for the total (100+ = 101).
Forecast
Estimated clicks/month = volume × CTR by position. No extra API. See Traffic forecast and visibility.
Visibility
Top 10 visibility % — volume × a coefficient by position (1–3 = 100% … 10 = 20%). It is not estimated clicks.
Org. traffic
GSC clicks · 28 days + % versus the previous 28 days + sparkline.
DT · trust / Ref. domains / Backlinks
On-demand link profile. “—” until you press Refresh (paid once and cached). DT ≈ Domain Rank/Trust.
Pages
Number of pages: prefers GA landing paths; otherwise pages from the latest Website Audit crawl (not the Google Index API).
AI
AI visibility, not sessions from Analytics.
Audit
The score from the latest Website Audit.
Updated
The date of the last SERP check (rankings).

Morning workflow

  1. 1
    Choose “Month”

Reduces the risk of reacting to one-day noise.

  2. 2
    Mentally sort by deviation

Look for a drop in position, forecast, visibility or traffic %.

  3. 3
    Open the site Overview

Check whether the change comes from missing data, a new check or a real trend.

  4. 4
    Refresh the exact source

Do not run AI or the link profile if the question is only about GSC clicks.

  5. 5
    Export after checking

Make sure “Updated” is fresh enough for the period.

Questions & answers

Why is the column “2 / 0 / 0” and not “2 / 2 / 2”?

On the dashboard the numbers are non-overlapping segments: top 5 / positions 6–10 / 11–30. Two keywords in the top 5 are shown as 2 / 0 / 0, not as 2 three times.

In Rankings, is Top 10 larger than Top 5?

Yes — the filters there are cumulative (a keyword in Top 5 is also in Top 10). On the dashboard the segments do not overlap.

Is the forecast the same as GSC clicks?

No. The forecast is a model (volume × CTR). GSC shows real clicks. See Traffic forecast and visibility.

Why are DT / Backlinks “—”?

They are on-demand. Press “Refresh” in the row — it is paid once and the result is cached.

Why is “Refresh data” split up?

The sources have different cost and logic. The split menu gives you control over exactly what you start.

Does Export run new checks?

No. It exports the data that is already available.

Why do the table and KPIs sometimes have different freshness?

SERP, AI, GSC, GA, audit and link profile are refreshed independently. Look at “Updated” / the link cache date for the specific signal.
