Login and forgotten password
Login, a 6-digit code, 45-minute validity and a new password of at least 10 characters.
On the login screen use the exact email of the account. If there is a problem, choose “Forgot password?”.
An administrator can use the platform from several devices at once. Client accounts have one active session — a new login replaces the old one.
Reset workflow
- 1Click “Forgot password?”
Opens the recovery form.
- 2Enter the email
Use the address the account was created with.
- 3Click “Send code”
You will receive a 6-digit code.
- 4Enter the 6-digit code
The code is valid for 45 minutes.
- 5Set a new password
Password of at least 10 characters.
- 6Log in
Use the new password.
