Trends
On-demand Google Trends: search/select keywords, a keyword outside the project, seasonality 0–100, Rising/Top and comparison of up to 3 keywords.
The “Trends” module shows how interest in keywords moves over time and which related queries are gaining. The data comes from Google Trends via DataForSEO.
How keywords are chosen
- The search box at the top
- Filters the list “Keywords in the project”. Type part of the phrase to find it quickly.
- Add / Enter
- Adds the typed keyword to “Selected for checking” — even if it is not in the project. This way you check the trend for a new idea without first saving it in Keywords.
- Keywords in the project
- A list with a “+ …” button. Click to put it among the selected. Already selected ones are hidden from the list.
- Selected chips
- Up to 3 keywords. Click × on a chip to remove it before checking.
What you get
- Interest curve
- A relative index 0–100 for the selected period. 100 = the peak in that curve, not an absolute number of searches.
- Rising queries
- Related queries with the biggest growth. Good candidates for new keywords (when checking 1 keyword).
- Top queries
- The most popular related queries in the period (for 1 keyword).
- Comparison
- Up to 3 keywords on one curve. Then Rising/Top are not shown — only the interest against each other.
- Add from Rising/Top
- The “Add” button saves the query as a keyword in the project.
Trends vs Volume
- Trends
- Tells you “when” interest grows (seasonality).
- Volume (Keywords)
- Tells you approximately “how much” is searched per month.
Use the two together. Do not replace volume with the Trends index.
Workflow
- 1Open Trends
From the project modules.
- 2Find or enter a keyword
Search in the project, click “+”, or type a new keyword and Enter / “Add”.
- 3Choose a period
For example the last 12 months.
- 4Click “Check trend”
Confirm — it will be charged to the wallet.
- 5Read the insights and Rising
If needed, add a Rising query to Keywords.
Questions & answers
Does an index of 80 mean 80 searches?
No. It is relative interest compared with the peak in the selected period (0–100).
Can I check a keyword that is not in Keywords?
Yes. Type it in the search box and press Enter or “Add”. The check does not save it to the project automatically — it only tests it in Trends.
Is it run by the automatic schedules?
No. Only manually, on-demand.
Why is there no Rising for 2–3 keywords?
Google Trends provides related queries reliably for one keyword. For a comparison we show only the curves.
Do I pay again to see the latest result?
No. The last successful result is kept on the screen. There is a new cost only with a new “Check trend”.
