Getting started

How the platform works

The product structure, how modules connect and which action refreshes which number.

The platform has two levels: an overall dashboard for all accessible projects and the workspace of a specific project. Modules are not separate accounts — they read different sources for the same website.

Level 1: “All projects”

The dashboard compares sites with overall KPIs, a chart and a table. “Refresh data” has separate tasks because SERP, AI, Search Console and Analytics are different sources with different timing and cost.

Level 2: a project

Rankings
Measures the selected keywords in a given market and device. It reads SERP checks, not GSC.
Traffic
Combines GSC performance before the click with GA4 behavior after the visit.
Website Audit
Crawls up to 3000 URLs and shows specific on-page/HTTP issues.
Keywords
Manages phrases, volume and LLM tagging.
Competitors
Shows manually tracked domains and the domains that appear most often in the same SERP.
AI Tracker
The short navigation label for AI monitoring.
AI Results Tracker
The full screen with cited/mentioned/missing statuses for ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overview.
Settings
Defines markets, devices, depth, volume models, AI policy and estimated cost.

Which data is connected

  • Keywords feed Rankings, AI Results Tracker and the competitor SERP tables.
  • Search engines define the country, language, device and depth of the SERP check.
  • Search Console and Analytics feed only Traffic and the related dashboard KPIs.
  • Google AI Overview comes from the Google SERP; ChatGPT and Gemini come from a separate AI check.
  • Website Audit and Backlinks are separate actions and do not change rankings automatically.

A typical weekly cycle

  1. 1
    Refresh

Run only the sources you need for the report.

  2. 2
    Check the anomalies

A falling average position is checked in Rankings; falling clicks in Traffic; technical issues in Website Audit.

  3. 3
    Compare the right periods

Keep periods the same length and do not mix mobile with desktop.

  4. 4
    Take action outside the platform

Fix the content, template, internal links or technical error on the site.

  5. 5
    Measure again

Run the new check after a reasonable period. WRS measures the result; it does not edit the site.

Questions & answers

Why do Rankings and the GSC average position differ?

Rankings tracks a selected list under standardized conditions. GSC summarizes real impressions from many queries, devices and locations.

Does the audit fix the site?

No. It finds issues. The fix is made in the CMS/code, after which you run a new audit.

Can I use just one module?

Yes. For example, Rankings works without GSC/GA, and Traffic can work without AI checks.
