Keywords

Keywords

Adding, import, CSV export, volume, bulk LLM, deletion and all the main columns.

The keyword list feeds SERP, AI and competitor analyses. Manage it as a measurement core, not as a warehouse for every idea.

Actions

Add keywords
Adds one phrase per line to the current project.
Import from another project
Copies selected/available phrases from an accessible project.
Export
A CSV file: “Phrases only · unique” (one column, no duplicates per search engine — for translation and import) or “Full list” (phrase, search engine, volume, LLM). The order is as in the table according to the current sort. If rows are selected — those; otherwise the ones visible after search.
Refresh volume
Refreshes search volume; draws from the wallet.
Tag for LLM
Includes the selected keywords when the scope is “Selected keywords only”.
Remove from LLM
Excludes them from the selected AI scope.
Run Labs
An on-demand Labs analysis on click; draws from the wallet only when you start it.
Delete
Stops future tracking of the keyword; check the selection before a bulk delete.

A checkbox for bulk actions.

Workflow for adding

  1. 1
    Prepare a group

    Gather phrases with one intent.

  2. 2
    Click “Add keywords”

    Paste one per line.

  3. 3
    Check for duplicates

Do not add variations without a different meaning.

  4. 4
    Refresh volume if needed

    Choose a consistent model.

  5. 5
    Tag the LLM subset

Only if the AI scope is selected.

  6. 6
    Run Rankings

Adding alone does not create a rank snapshot.

Questions & answers

Why does the keyword not have a position right away?

A new SERP check is needed.

Why is volume empty?

It has not been refreshed, the model has no value or the context is unsuitable.

Does the import carry over history?

The goal is to add the phrases; the new project creates its own history.

How do I transfer translated phrases to another project?

Export → “Phrases only · unique”, translate the column, then in the other project “Add keywords” with one phrase per line (or import from a project if they are already there).

Can I tag all of them for LLM?

Yes, but check the estimated cost first.
