Wallet and subscription

If you are an administrator: what the wallet is, what consumes the limit and what to do when availability is low.

If you are an administrator, in Profile you see the client wallet. This is the monthly subscription with an agreed limit — it is what live positions, volume, AI and on-demand extras (Labs, Backlinks, On-page) draw from. Limits and terms are agreed or quoted individually.

The cards at the top

Remaining
Current availability in the wallet. When it is close to zero, live checks stop going through reliably.
Loaded
Total loaded / provided availability under the subscription.
Used (total)
Loaded − remaining. Total recorded consumption, not only positions.
Last N days
Consumption only from the requests recorded here for the period — useful for “how much have we spent this week”.

Categories in the history

Rankings (SERP)
A live Google/Bing check for one keyword × device. The most common daily consumption.
Search volume
Search volume (often a batch of several keywords). The “Refresh volume” button / a volume schedule.
AI visibility
ChatGPT / Gemini checks from the Tracker or a schedule.
Labs
“Run Labs” — only on click; not part of the automatic routine.
Backlinks
“Backlinks · project/domain” — only on click.
On-Page check
“On-page check” of the Ranking URL — only on click.
Other
Rare; other request types.

History by day and by project

The “History by day” section first shows a summary by project and item (e.g. AI visibility / Rankings) for a quick overview. Under it, “Rows by hour” expands the individual requests. Small amounts under $0.01 are shown with up to 4 digits (e.g. $0.0037), so they do not look like $0.00. “By category” and “By project” summarize the whole period. “Expected cost / month” is an estimate from the settings, not a public price list.

What does NOT go into the wallet

  • Search Console clicks and impressions — they do not draw from the subscription limit.
  • Google Analytics organic and AI assistant sessions — they do not draw from the subscription limit.
  • Reading already saved history in Rankings / Traffic / Tracker.

When availability is low

  1. 1
    Open the wallet

From the “Open wallet” banner or from Profile.

  2. 2
    See which category is growing

If “Rankings (SERP)” dominates — reduce keywords, devices or depth; see Cost and forecast.

  3. 3
    Stop the heavy AI rhythm

“All keywords” + a daily AI schedule is the typical culprit. Keep “On demand only” until the core is small.

  4. 4
    Do not stop GSC/GA

They do not draw from this limit and keep traffic alive.

  5. 5
    Plan on-demand

Labs, Backlinks and On-Page — only for a specific question, not “for every client every day”.

Questions & answers

Why do I see hundreds of AI rows in one day?

Each phrase × engine (e.g. ChatGPT) is a separate request. One “AI check” / a schedule across several projects easily accumulates 500–1200 rows. The summary by project shows the real total without looking at every row.

Is it normal for a row to be under a cent?

Yes. A position (SERP) is often around $0.002, an AI scraper around $0.004. The total for the day is the sum of these micro-costs.

Why is “Used” not equal to positions only?

It includes volume, AI, Labs, Backlinks, On-Page and possibly other requests.

Are GSC/GA visible as consumption here?

No. They do not go through the wallet / subscription limit.

Why is the 30-day estimate smaller than “Used”?

The estimate from the checks is a minimum based on recorded rank/AI etc. The difference may come from volume, rare requests or a period outside the window.

A colleague sees an availability banner — what should they do?

Tell the administrator. They do not have an “Open wallet” button.

Where are the specific prices and limits?

They are agreed / quoted individually. The Helpbook does not publish a price list.
